The "My Best List" is one of the ways we build character in our students.  Along with learning their material and being respectful in class, the youth must fill out three my best lists in order to be promoted to their next belt.

Biography of Sibok Martin Castro, Head Instructor

Martin Castro was born in Santa Cruz, California, and began his training under Professor (A.T.A.M.A.) Jack Long in Redwood City. He currently trains under Professor (Shaolin Kenpo), Grand Master (A.T.A.M.A.) Rick Alemany and Great Grand Master (Shaolin Kenpo) Ralph Castro. Martin is the chief instructor of Quest Academy of the Martial Arts, and is also a member of the I.S.K.A. (International Shaolin Kenpo Association), MAI (Martial Arts Instructors) A.T.A.M.A. (American Teachers Association of the Martial Arts), M.A.R.F. (Martial Arts Research Fellowship), and F.C.M.A. (Fellowship of Christian Martial Artists).
